Do you have a luggage room to store my bags?

Yes, we do, next to reception desk.

 

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

The hotel is 100% non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balconies of the guest rooms.

 

How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?

This is a Free Service

 

Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?

Wireless internet free access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms.

 

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

No, we don´t

 

Is breakfast included in my room rate?

Breakfast is included for only bookings online.

Is there a safety box in the room?

Yes, there is. It costs 3€ per day to rent the key

 

How many floor do you have? Is there a lift/elevator?

Yes, there is a lift/elevator and we have 5 floors

 

How do I get to the hotel?

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?

Although complimentary transportation is not available, our staff can assist with a host of options.

 

What are your cross streets?

We are located at Ramelleres and Tallers street

 

How far are you from the convention center?

Fira 1 : 10 minutes by metro

Fira 2: 20 minutes by metro

 

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

No, but there is a parking nearby that cost around 24 € overnight

 

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs? Is there a charge?

The rollaway has a 15 € charge per day and the cribs are free.

 

Can we rent a baby trolley during our stay?

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

A credit card is required at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled by 12pm local hotel time 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax charge. Please note that for special rates, packages, and certain seasons this policy is subject to change. Please verify the actual cancellation/deposit policy for your dates of travel.

 

            Is my ID/passport required at check in?

A valid form of ID is required at check in.

 

What age do kids stay for free?

Children 4 and younger stay free in parent's room with existing bedding.

 

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, we do have connecting rooms. You can make a request for connecting rooms at any time, however these requests are not guaranteed.

 

What is the difference between a family room and an apartment?

The family room has exactly the same facilities and size as the apartments but no kitchen. You cannot cook but thre is a fridge and tea making facilities.

 

What are the hours of the Cafe bar Centric?

Mon to Thur: 8,30 am – 10 pm

Fri: 8,30 am – 11 pm
Sat: 12 pm – 12 am

Sunday and public holidays closed

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Dinners and JCB  are accepted credit cards. We do not accept checks. If you wish to pay cash, we still require that you have a credit card at check in, and you can pay cash at check out.

 

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?

No, we do not accept pets

 

 

I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?

We can arrange these and many other services for you.
